ABSTRACT Profile Study of Metabolite of Endophytic Fungi Kabatiella caulivora (ALE.30.B) from Alyxia reinwardtii Bl. Using TLC-Densitometry Method Kabatiella caulivora(ALE.30.B) is the endophytic fungi that had been isolated from stem of Alyxia Reinwardtii Bl. (pulasari). The purpose of this research is to know about the profile of metabolite compounds of endophytic fungi Kabatiella caulivora (ALE.30.B) using TLC-Densitometry method. The results showed that the profile of metabolite compounds of methanol 80% extract from mycelia with stationary phase silica gel F 254 and mobile phase ethyl acetate : methanol : water (7 : 2 : 1, v/v) are : in the observation using UV light 254 nm obtained 3 dark spots. Detection using anisaldehid - sulfuric acid reagent obtained brown, purple, and hard purple spots. Detection using vanillin sulfuric acid reagent obtained green-blue, green-yellow, and blue-gray spots. Detection using cerium - sulfuric acid reagent obtained brown-black and brownyellow spots. Detection using dragendorf reagent give the negative reaction, while with ninhydrin reagent obtained purple, soft purple, and soft brown spots. The profile of metabolite compounds of dichloro methane extract from mycelia with stationary phase silica gel F 254 and mobile phase n-heksane : ethyl acetate (8 : 2, v/v) are : in the observation using UV light 254 nm obtained 1 dark spot. Detection using anisaldehid - sulfuric acid reagent obtained purple and redpurple spots. Detection using vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent obtained hard blue, and blue-gray spots. Detection using cerium - sulfuric acid reagent obtained brown- black, hard brown, and brown spots. Detection using dragendorf and also ninhydrin reagents give the negative reactions. The profile of metabolite compounds of ethyl acetate extract from media with stationary phase silica gel F 254 and mobile phase n-heksane : ethyl acetate (2 : 8, v/v) and also ethyl acetate : methanol : water (7 : 2 : 1, v/v) are : in the mobile phase n-heksane : ethyl acetate (2 : 8, v/v), the observation using UV light 254 nm obtained 4 dark spots. Detection using anisaldehid - sulfuric acid reagent obtained green-black, brownyellow, soft green, and purple spots. Detection using vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent obtained soft blue, hard blue, and blue-gray spots. Detection using cerium - sulfuric acid reagent obtained brown-yellow spot. Detection using dragendorf and also ninhydrin reagents give the negative reactions. In the mobile phase ethyl acetate : methanol : water (7 : 2 : 1, v/v), the observation using UV light 254 nm obtained 5 dark spots. Detection using anisaldehid - sulfuric acid reagent obtained soft brown, brown- purple, and purple spots. Detection using vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent obtained blue-gray and hard blue spots. Detection using cerium - sulfuric acid reagent obtained brown-red spot. Detection using dragendorf and also ninhydrin reagents give the negative reactions.
