+ Ground Rules Observers should not share what they have observed in a lesson with anyone outside their pairs. Observers should not share comments made during the debriefing with people outside their pairs. Observers should not offer suggestions to host teachers unless they explicitly ask for this type of feedback.

+ Describe What You Noticed Guest teacher shares the circled items on his/her observation form beginning with “I noticed…” Host teacher actively listens to the feedback taking notes on what was shared.
