1 receipt for 1 st and 2 nd payments will be combined together for $ for Final payments are due this week and another receipt will be issued for the balance for 2016.
Insurance – Cost is $62 and can save a tremendous amount, and we highly recommend it.. – If not taking insurance, you needed to sign the appropriate place on the contract form. – If you are still interested in the trip insurance, please let us know.
Students and Parents have signed a form on which our trip expectations have been listed. We are holding students to these expectations. Should a student’s participation in the trip come into question, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the situation (final decision will be made by administration)
Students who are on the trip will be required to do a school directed assignment based on the trip. This assignment will count. Students not on trip and in school week of February 15 th – 19 th will be in combined classes. Students on the trip are responsible for work missed during the trip.
Choose up to 3 other people that you would like to room with. We guarantee you will get at least one person that you name You are only sleeping in the same room – you don’t need to be with them at all times. 2 double beds in each room If you don’t turn a form in, we will be assigning rooms Roommate lists will be communicated to parents No changes are made after rooms assigned
