Use your progress report Fill in your courses in column 1 Fill in your course level in column 2 Fill in your progress report grades in column 3 Use the chart on the inside of your portfolio to assign the correct letter grade for each course in column 4. Assign a grade point to each grade on your progress report in column 5. Add the total number of points you listed in column 5. Divide the column 5 total by 7 (your number of classes). This is how you calculate a GPA. Is it what you want it to be? What can you do to make it higher? Use your calculated GPA to set a goal for the end of the six weeks, and write it at the bottom of your progress report.
