WACKY WALKING 1.Walk together as a family around the perimeter of the room 2.Jog-Walk-Jog-Walk: when you get to each corner, change your speed 3.Color Walk: Walk to a color in the room 4.Walk like an animal: use your imagination and pretend you are different types of animals-how does each move differently 5.Fitness Walk: When you get to each polyspot, do the exercise on the spot
