Expectations from the Goverment/Stakeholders motivate young people to undertake training (...) provide a basis for future direction of work, including the establishment of self- help develop young people's interest and capacity for active participation in a democratic society and contribute to their personal development, meet the social needs of vocational and general qualifications assessed taking into account the professional and social developments, including developments in business, labor relations, workplace organization and technology, as well as an innovative and creative workforce, give the trainees knowledge of international relations and knowledge for work and training abroad and give the trainees a basis for further training.
