© Project One Consulting Limited All rights reserved. 4 Examples – Project One leading and delivering real change Business integration: Integrated the Egg mortgage and savings accounts from Citibank to critical deadlines, involving the delivery of a new operating model. Customer experience: Transformed the customer experience and significantly improved operational and staff engagement KPIs by insourcing and changing the installations and network maintenance operation across the end to end process. Strategy execution: Defined a clear 3 year change plan to execute a new business strategy, with agreed business outcomes, fully mobilised the transformation programme and delivered key elements. Finance transformation: Delivered a complex financial reporting programme on time to meet critical external reporting requirements, driving successful business change to a global network of 600 reporting units. Cost reduction: Reduced operational costs by £100m by mobilising the programme and managing early ideas through to robust business cases and delivery (~80 projects), keeping the ExCo in control at all times. Technology-led change: Transformed the systems and processes, underpinned by the largest Oracle Retail ERP implementation in Europe. Digital transformation: Led the definition, mobilisation and launch of an ambitious strategic transformation programme to become a world class digital retailer.

© Project One Consulting Limited All rights reserved. 5 Examples – Project One leading and delivering real change Extending the life of a nuclear power station: Led the definition of business change objectives in a heavily regulated, highly technical and safety conscious environment. Shaped the programme, created the integration plan for the delivery phase with the leadership team fully engaged. IT Infrastructure: Improved core infrastructure to increase stability and reduce significant risk ahead of the peak Christmas trading period. This complex and business critical programme was recognised in the 2015 Real IT Awards. Improving change capability: Applied our change capability diagnostic to identify key areas for improvement to support business transformation. Implemented improved capability for portfolio and project management including PMO and project lifecycle processes. Provided coaching to over 60 business leaders on sponsorship and how to lead change effectively. Global ERP Implementation: Managed the business and IT change to implement ERP solutions for a new site in Russia, and existing sites in France, Germany and Puerto Rico, all achieved with no negative impact to existing operations and supply of medicines.
