Data Analysis Complete new analysis each month – describe briefly. How are we doing overall? – Compare averages to our own history. Compared to previous years, this is the highest amount of referrals we have had. What positives have been occurring? We had our first Green Party(Electronics Day) and the kids really enjoyed it. Dojo points have been working for minor infractions. Have started CICO with some students What are the hot spots? Identify most frequent: – Problem behaviors:Fighting/physical aggression/Bullying – Locations:classroom – Times:during instruction – Students/Groups:boys – Grades:5th

Data Analysis (cont.) Describe target interventions to be implemented (based upon the PBIS Team’s review of the data) We put together a PBIS handbook for all staff, lunch aids and substitute teachers. We have ordered targeted behavior packets to be used in the classroom to re-teach expectations and to aid in behavior development. Action plan: describe what will be done to implement and evaluate target interventionsContinue use of “Class Dojo” and card flip system. We are began CICO and will be adding more children based on RTI data and teacher recommendations.

Data Analysis (cont.) PBS Team met on what date(s) last month? 10/14 PBS Team will share data with staff when & how?At professional development on 11/4
