AIM Decrease Chapter 51 Emergency Detentions Focus on Crisis Team Processes Project Length: April-October, 2011

CHANGE #1 Voluntary admission is considered and explained clearly to the individual #2 Collaboration with a Crisis Supervisor is required when considering an emergency detention #3 Delaying the chapter 51 on individuals that are unconscious at the time of admission and cannot be assessed by Crisis Responder #4 Increase Crisis Responder’s access to consumer specific information to help with decision making
