Wagon Wheel Council Who can earn the Silver Award? P Must be a Cadette GS – concluded bridging from Juniors to Cadettes – registered as a Cadette P All work must be done as a Cadette P Final project must be completed prior to becoming a Senior GS P May take 2-4 years
