Selected 2013 SPR Aggregated Results: Recovery Mission Area Three of the four Recovery-specific core capabilities declined in capability from the 2012 assessment to the 2013 assessment; Infrastructure Systems was one of the most improved core capabilities (shared with Response Mission Area)
