CRITERIA FOR ISRAEL -TABLE GRAPES Recommendations:  a. Application of Plantex must be done early spring at 50 cm shoot length. Stem barriers must be applied after pruning.  b. Remove all old and loose bark just below the crown at least 25 cm in length or the whole stem and burn the removed bark. All new bark growing should be removed.

CRITERIA FOR ISRAEL -TABLE GRAPES  c. Apply Plantex 10 cm wide around the stems, poles and wire supports.  d. Regenerate Plantex regularly a month by stirring it with a stick. Prevent barriers to become ineffective.  e. Remove all long shoots that could in time touch the soil or any place where they can form a bridge for insects on the ground to reach the canopy.

CRITERIA FOR ISRAEL -TABLE GRAPES  f. Keep weeds under strict control.  g. Use only vineyards older than 3 years.  h. No picking trays should be left on the vineyard floor before or during harvest.  i.Orchards must be regularly inspected by DoA - 3 times August, November and January.  j. Registered farm list must be ready early August.
