Principal To-Do List  Schedule and conduct Mid-Interval Review meetings with all Summary Year teachers sometime this month.  You should have conducted about half of your observations for teachers in their Summary Year.  Finish your Spring 2015 calibration and plan for future windows (Summer for Fall 15 and December for Spring 16?)  Plan how/when staff will view final Step 4.
