My Dream Career A professional Barrel racer By: Samantha Matlick

What Does a Barrel Racer Do? A barrel racer is a person who trains and works with horses to go around a metal barrel in a perfect circle without knocking it over or making two wide of a turn. They have two train their horse to listen to their feet and voice commands, there are many different kinds of commands for barrel racing. The main command that is “ here” it is used to tell the horse when to turn. The object of barrel racing is to go around all barrels as fast as you can without knocking any of them over.

What Skills are needed for barrel racing? Well first of all a barrel racer has to know how to ride a horse. A barrel racer must be patient. A barrel racer must be willing to cooperate and work with the horse. A barrel racer and the horse must know the course. They have to be willing o work with their animal at least three or four days out of the week in order to get good at the course. There are so many things that a good barrel racer must know if they want to win.

How muck money does a pro. Barrel racer make? There is no salary for barrel racing it all just depends on how good and fast you and your horse is. The higher the place you come in the more money you make. The quicker your time is the more money you make. It all just depends on how good you and horse are.

Interests & Values!!! The main values of a barrel racers is their horse. And winning money. The main interests of barrel racers is to become the best barrel racer that they can truly be.

What does a financial Analyst Do? Analyzes financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions. Recommends investment strategies to companies or individuals. Works with investment bankers to attract new corporate clients to securities firms. Prepares charts and graphs to illustrate investments and financial reports.
