It’s Time To Shout Joshua 6:10-20

It’s Time To Shout Patrick O’loughlin – Missionary to Ireland Every believer needs to know that worship: – Is a powerful weapon – Opens up the possibilities for us to see things from God’s perspective – Something we need to do everyday – Must be real and genuine

It’s Time To Shout Romans 12:1-2 – Presenting ourselves to God is a way in which we worship Him – We then desire less to copy the world and allow God to make the necessary changes by our changing the way we THINK – Worship is transformational taking the focus away from us and placing it on the Lord – IT IS A CHOICE

Stop Sniveling; Start Shouting The SHOUT of Israel is in direct contrast to the SILENCE they had been ordered….the SILENCE was a reminder of when their forefathers SNIVELED in the wilderness – Exodus 15:24; Numbers 14:2, 29; Jude 16 says, “These people are grumblers and complainers, living only to satisfy their desires.”

SHOUT IT OUT The SHOUT – acclamation of joy or battle cry; to speak out the praises and doings of God To shout at the Lord’s command is to speak out the blessings and not the complaints of what God has done

THE BENEFIT OF A SHOUT Obstacles are removed because of the SHOUT Boundaries are increased at the SHOUT Unity and oneness are declared by the SHOUT A promise is validated and known in the SHOUT

Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before Him, singing with joy. Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation. Psalm 100
