Schoolyard Observations Purpose: To observe weathering, erosion, and deposition at school. Question: What kinds of changes in the surface of the Earth can we see at school? Materials: pencil, science journal, IPad

Schoolyard Observations Procedure: Go to the area in the schoolyard designated by your teacher. Spend a few minutes observing the area. Make a sketch of what you observe in your journal. Label the sketch to show where weathering, erosion, and deposition occurred. Take at least one photo that shows a change.
