Mexico Peru Web Quest: MEXICO AND PERU 1st Grade (5 to 7 years) By: Olga Callupe

What? Are you ready to have a trip around the two cultures from Mexico and Peru? Your job will be to learn about the cultures and identify the name of different cities. How many cities are in each country? Do you think that there is a country for every letter of the alphabet? This is your mission!

Your Job When you finish the project you will : Be able to know how many cities have each two maps: Mexico and Peru. Make an oral presentation to the class about the cities and cultures. Have a list for the ABC cities of the two countries Mexico and Peru.

1 st Group Mexico Your job is to locate the cities from Mexico, locate, color, and label Mexico on your page. Practice what you want to tell about Mexico. Tell your class 3 facts: Mexican family values. Music Food Lets go!

2 nd Group PERU Your job is to locate the cities from Peru. Locate, color, and label Peru on your page. Practice what you want to tell about Peru. Tell your class 3 facts: Peruvian family values. Music Food Lets go!

Evaluation PARTICIPATION: Map test from each student. ABC cities of Mexico and Peru on the blank map. List the 3 facts: Family, values, music and foods for both countries. Each group will have a oral presentation to the class.

Conclusion Congratulations! After your participation in this Web Quest activity you will know how many cities are in each countries. You should know the 3 facts of cultures from Mexico and Peru.
