Where to start   manipulation-tutorials/ manipulation-tutorials/  Google “photoshop tutorials” and find something that interests you.  BE SURE TO PICK A TUTORIAL THAT YOU THINK YOU CAN DO! Do not get in over your heads. Challenge yourself and follow the steps but choose something you think you will do well.
