Quality of service makes infrastructure a major contributor to reducing consumption of energy and materials by European economy.  Smart and resilient infrastructure networks withstand the challenges of climate change, natural and man-made hazards.  Quality of services to all users is visible and recognized. Infrastructure networks are maintained and developed as a priority to preserve a continued quality of life for the future generations of European citizens
