The earthworm isn't male or female, they have the organs of both.

Cray fish molt which is when they grow and shed their old soft shell and a new one comes that is hard. It takes a couple days for the molting to finish And the adult crayfish molt 2-3 times a year. There are a few glands involved in the molting but one is the sinus gland it contains the molt hormone.
