Body Systems Questions
What Are Body Systems? The single cell from which a baby is born ultimately divides into trillions of cells. These cells organize in a special way to form.

The nervous system Your nervous system is the control center of your body. It links all body systems and carries signals from one system to another. The brain and spinal cord are part of the nervous system. This system controls your breathing. All your actions depend on the nervous system. Your nervous system is the control center of your body. The Digestive System The digestive system is the most important system because without it you would not be able to eat. When the food hits your mouth the digestive system starts working. The organs are the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine. The digestive system helps you swallow your food. That’s why the digestive system is so important! The Muscular System Here are some reasons why the muscular system is so important. Without your muscular system I would be in a big glob. If I did not have the muscular system I would not be able to jump, sing, or do any of that stuff. There are 2 types of muscles. They are the voluntary and in voluntary. The most important thing you could not do without the muscular we would not be breathing! Here are some reasons why the muscular system is so important. The Skeletal System Here are some reasons why the skeletal system is so important. The skeletal system protects a lot of organs 3 of them are of them is the heart, lungs and brain. We need a lot of nutrients to make calcium to make strong bones. If we fell and did not have calcium in our body we would break a bone. Trust me it HURTS! In the human body we have 206 bones. The Immune System If we fall and get a cut our immune system starts working, so no microorganisms get in our body. The immune system is made up of tissues organs and special cells that’s why the immune system is so important! The Respiratory System When we breathe our Respiratory system starts working. The cells get that oxygen from the mouth and nose. Blood in the blood vessels carries the oxygen to every cell in the body. When we breathe the air goes through our mouth then down the trachea that leads to the bronchial tubes then the lungs. Then they break into tiny branches that lead to the air sacks. This system helps us breathe and if we did not have this system we would not be able to breathe. THAT WOULD NOT BE A GOOD THING!! The Circulatory System The circulatory system works together with the respiratory system to bring oxygen to the cells. The right side of the heart collects blood from the body. The blood is full of carbon dioxide from the cells. The left side of the heart collects the blood from the lungs.
