 Not everyone has a web cam  Internet bandwidth varies across locations, especially rural and frontier areas  Audio quality  Using a conference call line in addition to conference line

 Missouri hasn’t used the white board feature in WebEx  Have shared documents in WebEx

 Consider loaning webcams  Partner with State agencies and CILs (not a catch all, though)  Send links with tools to members to verify equipment is working

 Phone number within platform ◦ Google hangouts uses UberConference; WebEx also has a phone number option ◦ When on an individual computer, use headphones

 Indicate in settings that a screen reader is being used  Google Hangouts has sign language interpreter app and a captioning app for CART

 Hangouts On Air have unlimited users  People can type in questions and feedback  Many agencies in Wyoming have used this with success
