Purpose Improve the working methods of CITEL meetings –Paperless –On-line Editing –Improve Costs of Conducting Meetings

Requirements Wireless Meetings Recommended –Less Set-Up time and cost –Requires CITEL Purchases of either Laptops for Servers or Cobalt Cube file server –Requires Individual Purchases of Wireless LAN cards –Requires CITEL Purchases of Other Equipment Ethernet Cables Orinoco Access Point equipment

Budget CITEL Purchases –Laptops - $2,000 USD ea. –Cobalt Qube Server - $4,000 USD ea. –Ethernet Cables - $,1500 USD –Orinoco Access Point - $150 USD ea. Individual Purchases –Laptops - $2,000 USD ea. –Wireless LAN Cards - $75 USD ea.
