 I think going to Legoland would be a lot of fun.  One of my favourite toys is Lego. I have around 19 different sets of Lego, my favourite is Pharoah’s Quest. It’s a huge pyramid with trap doors and mummies.  I’d like to stay in the Lego hotel. I would choose the Adventure room. If you stay at the hotel you are allowed into the park early.

 Lego is 82 years old.  It is made in Denmark.  A Lego brick made in 1958 would still fit with a Lego brick today.  The word Lego is made from 2 Danish words which mean play well.  James May made the worlds first full sized Lego house. It had over 3 million Lego bricks, a working toilet, shower and bed. All made from Lego.

 The park is made from more than 25 million bricks.  The largest Lego model is the new T-Rex dinosaur, it is made of 1 million bricks and makes noises.  For all the models in the park it kept over 100 model makers busy for 3 years.  Last year almost 500,000 children earned their drivers license at the Lego Traffic Driving School.
