Our track record includes delivering outplacement support to all levels across a diverse range of industries. With a strong understanding of the transferability of skills, we also offer a range of behavioural tools that help individuals understand their strengths and weaknesses. Our Experience Case Study Due to an organisational restructure, 100 members of staff were being made redundant from an Oil & Gas service company. Due to the number of redundancies and the timescales involved, we proposed delivering the sessions on a group basis. One-day workshops were developed incorporating CV development, job search strategy and interview techniques. Behavioural tools to look at strengths and weaknesses were also used. Group sizes ranged from 6-8 and included people from varying administrative and technical backgrounds.
