 Answers to questions a and b, expressed as complete sentences (20 points);  Explanation, with work shown, for answers a and b (30 points);  Representation of problem as one or more of the following: equations, tables, or graphs (30 points);  Neatness and overall presentation (10 points)  TOTAL: 90 points
