Global warming makes the temperature of the earth become higher and higher. Tainan Municipal Fusing Junior High School in Taiwan Juno Hung( 洪道容 )

 Do you feel very hot in summer and it is not very cold in winter?  Almost everyone can feel it in my hometown. Several years ago, the temperature in summer was often about 30 ℃ (86 ℉ ). But it is often higher than 30 ℃ (86 ℉ ) now.  Do you know what causes this? Global warming does.

Carbon dioxide(CO 2 ) and water(H 2 O) cause global warming. These two gases block the heat to go out of the earth, and then the earth becomes hotter and hotter.

 When the weather is getting hotter and hotter, the sea level will rise higher and higher. Then some parts of the countries are going to disappear. For example, the Philippines, Thailand, and Tuvalu. Global Warming can change a lot of things.  You do not want this to happen, right?  We should do something for the earth.

How can we slow global warming down?  1. Use public transportation, like buses and taxis.  2. Use wind or water to generate electric power.  3. Do not often use plastic bags or paper bags.  4. Eat less meat.  5. Save energy.  6. Recycle useful things.

!  Let our descendants enjoy the better earth.  Wish the world be better and better.
