Do Now – p. 226 Paste and Answer

Today’s Objectives What kinds of questions will we be asking in our surveys? How will we format these questions and why? Who will we give these surveys to and when?

Refining our Survey Questions Do not ask the same question over and over Make sure your questions are appropriate for your audience Each question should be directly related to your PAR topic Notes p. 225 How do you feel about the lunch at Charlestown? Do you like the lunch at Charlestown? What is your opinion about the lunch at Charlestown?

Slight change of plans… You are going to continue to work on developing survey questions in our groups… However, you are going to work with a partner The left side of the table will work on student surveys The right side will work on teacher surveys

Survey Creation Activity – You must have one sheet with 10 questions for students – AND one sheet with 10 questions for teachers There must be at least two questions in each of the first three categories The “Other” category is for questions that do not fit in the categories 1-3

If you finish early… If you finish early, prepare to present your questions to the rest of the class We will use the document camera for these presentations
