Intellectual property is something that is created in a person’s mind.

Copyright is a law protecting a creator’s work.

One thing I learned is you cannot steal music from the Internet.

Another thing I learned is you can not transfer something from the Internet to the computer.

Giving Credit to the Creator You can use someone else’s work but you must give them credit. You should ask the creator for permission. If you use a direct quote you must use their exact words.
