 Take 1 minute to review your list  Get into groups: PRO-Citibike on the right, ANTI-Citibike on the left  5 minutes for comparing answers in groups  Debate! Inner = Pro-Citibike Outer = Anti-Citibike  Each side will have 2 minutes for Pro-Citibike first, then 2 minutes for Anti-Citibike. Last, 1 minute for debate. DEBATE!
