December Hotfix Implementation Wednesday, December 9, 2015  ABS Form Modifications: ABS-IN Person, ABS-IN Person Spanish, ABS Traveling Board, ABS Attorney General, ABS- 13, ABS-Mail, ABS-Mail Spanish  Multi-State Voter Registration: New Hopper  Absentee Ballot Application – Digital Image Modification  Addition of a “Transfer Button” once a registration is matched Transfer button now appears on both BMV and OVR Hopper Search pages  ePollbook Vote History Business Rule Vote History Import function for ePollbook counties cannot be completed until the Ballot Batch Process is done

Necessary - current site out-of-date - new site offers more flexibility.  New county login required  Steps to create new county logins will be ed  County login passwords will be maintained by county users

Task to be completed by February 2, 2016 Earliest date to begin task after the Primary is May 4, 2016

15 SVRS Special Projects GIS Data Clean-up Documentation will be provided.  Intent is to identify addresses that may be assigned to wrong precinct  Compared SVRS data to mapping of precincts submitted to IED.  Issues have been identified into 4 categories Precinct Name: SVRS and precinct map name do not match. Addresses as RR or PO Box: Need street addresses. Precinct Boundary Map Discrepancies: Precinct map does not depict precinct lines correctly – displaying at the wrong scale. Geocoding Base Data Errors: Data may show on wrong side of street.

16 SVRS Special Projects GIS Data Clean-up  Precinct Name Clean-up by End of Year Precinct Name: SVRS and precinct map name do not match. SVRS changes will not be necessary. IED will update precinct shape file.

17 SVRS Training Need training on SVRS?  The web training tool called ADOBE CONNECT is used for remote training. Recorded web training sessions are also available for viewing at any time. This feature is especially helpful for new users and part-time absentee users.  Onsite visits can be requested by contacting the HAVA Administrator, Marsha Carrington. All onsite visits must be approved by the Co-directors. Request a remote or onsite training session!
