Life Domain Matrix Tool to help program staff identify and track student barriers Pre/Post assessments Tool can be found on our website:

11 Different Life Domains Childcare Educational Resources Financial Management Health Care Access Housing Life Skills (Budgeting) Life Skills (Setting Goals & Resourcefulness) Mental Health Support System Transportation Work History and Marketable Skills

Skill Link Life Domain Data We first tested the use of the Life Domain tool through our Skill Link initiative. Navigators at six different sites tracked student progress in ten domains for up to three quarters. The data indicate that students increased their stability over time and made progress towards life goals in a number of domains, especially educational resources and work history/ marketable skills.

Questions? For more information on the Life Domain Tool or the Navigator Guide, please contact: Susan Crane, Executive Director
