Physical activity - Jogging, walking, tag or sports games, push-ups, curl-ups, jumping rope, riding bikes, etc. Stretching - Cobra/abdominal stretch, quadriceps stretch, hamstring stretch, triceps stretch, deltoid stretch, gluteus maximus stretch, etc. Negative effects - An unpleasant or harmful change that is a result of an action. Rest and Sleep are important All people need some rest and sleep. The body grows and repairs itself during sleep. Nine to eleven hours of sleep every night is what people need.
