Definition Of Organization  Organization is a community of people who have different roles and they work together to complete their mission, vision and goals.

Mission and Vision  The mission and vision of School Attendance is to keep the school environment safe. They also want the students, teachers and other staffs to feel safe and comfortable being inside the school environment.

 STRUCTURE

Roles and Responsibility  General Property Manager: The responsibility of the general property manager is to maintain the facilities of school. He also need to lead the other people who is placed under him in the structure of the organizations.  Administration: The role of administration have the responsibility to take care of the paper works. She also support the general property manager and also if anyone is having something that he or she want to do with the general property manager they need to report to the administration. Then they will report to the general property manager.  SA coordinator: The responsibility of the SA coordinator is to coordinate the school attendances. The SA coordinator also has the job to give instruction to the school attendance. He also need to checked every posts everyday.  School Attendance: The responsibility of the school attendance is to take care of the traffic and transportations that goes in and out of the school. They also need to keep the student safe and follow the SA coordinator’s instructions.

 SUMMARY

 The SA organization is one of the small organizations in Sekolah Ciputra. The vision of SA is to maintain the safety of Sekolah Ciputra, to make the students feel safe inside the school. The responsibility of Mr. Arco the general manager property is to lead, manage and coordinate the facilities, maintenance and dev. Coordinator. The administration job is to manage the administration and they support the General property manager. The responsibility of the SA coordinator that is P. Kamit is to give instructions to the SA and to check each post. The SA coordinator also to the job of the SA that is to organize and manage the traffic and the transportations that goes in and out of the school. The responsibility of the SA is to organize and manage the traffic and the transportations that go in and out of the school. The SA also follows the instructions of the SA coordinator. Each SA is divided into different groups that are placed in different posts. If there are any problems they will directly report to the SA coordinator.

Problems in the Organization  Stranger going inside the school: Some SA might not recognize a stranger in the school because they are too busy taking care and organizing of the traffic and cars. A stranger came inside the school undercover as the staff, house keeping and etc.  Impacts:  The stranger might do something negative such as robbery, kidnapping or other things that have negative impacts to the people inside the school.  When the school know the SA team might have less trust from the school.
