Only one responsible foreman for each improvement: must fix the problem or give a proposal to the manager New assessment not implemented before improvements completed Risk assessment is now made for new machinery Risk assessment is not a replacement of other inspections, for example, internal controls. Risk assessment proved to be a good tool for worker well-being
