 People with disability are more skilled, more confident and more active in leadership roles in business, community, government or their chosen area of interest.

The program will:  Assess participants’ leadership development needs  Create individual leadership development plans  Link each participant with appropriate training, support and mentoring for up to 12 months

The program will:  Link participants to opportunities to use their leadership skills  Ensure the needs of participants are met  Ensure staff are well supported and qualified to provide the contracted services.

 Formed Advisory Group  Developed policies and procedures, website and promotional materials, application package, evaluation framework  Advertised, interviewed and selected participants for Intakes 1, 2 and 3
