Westside Community Center Reduced Rent Begin raising money for our future Regroup & remember that the building is not the church. The building only serves to support the purpose of the church Storage & Food Assistance (84 th & F) Possible office space at the community center but more to come on that

Central Church of the Nazarene Central Church of the Nazarene 8206 Blondo St

2 ½ acres- 12,500 sq ft.- 2 story building 3 bedroom house – 3 lots large field – well cared for

The Upside Central to our demographic Size fits our current needs Great visibility Reasonably priced – we can afford it Land Great launch point for more church plants in the area

The Downside Size of auditorium is limiting Future expansion may include updating the entire building to current codes We lack a down payment Central Nazarene isn’t currently interested in helping to finance either the down payment or the full amount

Our Proposal to Them We are very interested Keep us in mind

Capital Campaign

Goal: $250,000 Goal: $250,000 for a permanent building which will help us with the following - GOAL$250,000 Down payments Bank costs Upgrades Reserve fund Bargaining power

How will we raise $250,000? It’s 25 people giving a gift of $10,000 It’s 250 people giving a gift of $1,000 It’s 5 people giving a gift of $10,000 and 200 giving $1,000 It’s 500 people giving a gift of $500 It’s 2,500 people giving $100 It’s 250,000 people giving $1

Next Steps Ask God how you are to sacrifice and invest in the future of this church community Obey (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)

Our desire is not that people give equal amounts; rather it’s that we sacrifice equally.

Next Steps (continued) Believe Be amazed and thankful!
