+ Nuclear power infrastructure development is challenging for new comers like Vietnam. Therefore, its has to get unified efforts of all Vietnamese agencies, institutions, organizations and effectively, timely receive international support of IAEA and nuclear states. + Capacity building has been recognized as important key point in the national nuclear program and should be fully developed. + E-learning is one of the best way to share the knowledge and experiences between organizations and universities. The technical support from IAEA will be useful for VietNam. CONCLUSION THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION
