THE NEED FOR SPIRITUALITY  Guide the way of working and functioning.  Ensure qualitative difference in the work.  Enables to inculcate a spirit of honesty.  Work with meaning and dignity.  Based on the spirit of the Gospel.

GOSPEL STEWARDSHIP Accountability : an evaluation based on our goals and objective, mission and ministry, attitudes and values. Transparency : clarity, timeliness, relevant and a spirit of dialogue. Responsibility : taking credit for the good work at the same time accepting the blame for the wrong done. The spirit of basic honesty. Public probity : implies uprightness, integrity, incorruptibility and being above board. Credibility : means uprightness of character.

FINANCE HANDLING FAITHFUL HANDLING The one thing required of such a person is that he / she be faithful to his /her master. ( 1 Corinthians 4 : 2 ) PRUDENT HANDLING Well then, why didn’t you put my money in the bank? Then I would have received it back with interest when I returned. ( Lk 19 : 23)

OF FAITHFULNESS It is required of stewards that a man be faithful (1 Corinthians 4 : 2) FAITHFUL VIS-À-VIS SELF FAITHFUL VIS-À-VIS EMPLOYEES FAITHFUL VIS-À-VIS DONORS FAITHFUL VIS-À-VIS FOUNDERS

Agents of God’s providential care and concern for all people, especially the needy. Hallmarks - Hardworking, sharing, interdependence, justice, austerity, transparency and accountability Jesus said to him, “Well done, good and faithful servant because you have been trustworthy in a very small things, take charge of ten cities.” Lk 19 : 17 FOCUS HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO? TRANSFORMED BY THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE PRESENCE OF DIVINE, WE BECOME THE EMBODIMENT OF HIS LOVE AND COMPASSION AND AS FAITHFUL STEWARDS WHAT DO WE DO ? WE UNCONDITIONALLY PLACE OURSELVES AND ALL RESOURCES ENTRUSTED TO US WHOM DO WE SERVE ? AT THE SERVICE OF THE POOREST OF THE POOR FOR THE EXTENSION OF HIS KINGDOM. STEWARDSHIP

FINANCE In undertaking the new missions our preference for the poorest of the poor will be given priority. Express our solidarity with the poor by our behaviour and in our lifestyle Improve the social status and living conditions of our domestic, support staff and other employees. We ensure a decent living to all our employees through just salaries and other benefit schemes. We set aside and utilise 15% of the gross income for the poor in our communities and in all our ministries. Keep ourselves abreast with the policies of the congregation and the rules and regulations of the government on finance. Share our human, material and financial resources with communities, apostolic units, provinces/ regions and Generalate.

VISION We are generous channels of a Provident God Mission We share our resources and finances with the poorest of the poor in our ministries. Objectives To alleviate the suffering of the poorest of the poor To handle the finances in an attitude of stewardship To be just in all our dealing and to enable people to make a living To share generously for the mission till it hurts.
