What isn’t Protected Ideas, procedures, principles, concepts Titles, names, short phrases, and slogans Works that are not written down or recorded Works that are easily available, such as: – Calenders – Measures – Lists and tables Work by the government
Your Rights as a Author You have the right to, or let anyone: 1. Make copies of your work 2. Distribute copies of your work 3. Perform your work For ex. In a play, film, dance, etc. 4. Display work publicly
