Title: Other Mental- health Specialists Jesus Gonzalez Period 1

Summary: My section talks about different types of specialists. Some of them are either psychiatric nurses, Occupational therapists, Pastoral counselors, and school counselors. All of these specialists help people get through their problems. Although, opening up to someone you trust is the first step to solving problem. My section talks about different types of specialists. Some of them are either psychiatric nurses, Occupational therapists, Pastoral counselors, and school counselors. All of these specialists help people get through their problems. Although, opening up to someone you trust is the first step to solving problem.

Slide #3 Main Idea: There are many specialists around the world who can help you overcome a issue in your life.

Slide #4 Occupational Therapists: A person who helps the mentally ill become productive members of society by teaching them practical skills. Story: At El Camino High School there was a student named Jerry Miller, who would get teased by four jocks from the football team because of the way he dressed and how fat he was. Although, one day when Jerry didn't give –up his lunch money, the jocks pushed him down and started pounding on him. A few minutes later, the security guards came and broke it up. Due this situation Jerry told the school counselors that he was being bullied everyday. In the end, the four jocks - At El Camino High School there was a student named Jerry Miller, who would get teased by four jocks from the football team because of the way he dressed and how fat he was. Slide #6 I think this topic is very interesting to learn about due to how much information it provides you with about the different types of specialist that can help you solve a problem. The key points I want the class to remember is that specialists can help people with mental disorders.

PowerPoint Summary: In this section I talked about other mental- health specialists. I explained what they are and how they help people with their social and mental problems. However, I also provided a main idea that reveals what this section is mainly on. In addition to that, I gave the class some important key points to follow.
