Basement Bathroom Addition Original request was to simply remodel their upstairs bathroom. Recognizing that this is the only bathroom in the house and that during construction it would be difficult, or inconvenient at best, to have a family of four not be able to use the room for at least a few days, we discussed utilizing the laundry room and increasing space to add an additional bathroom. After reviewing the space and materials required to make it a reality and looking at costs and benefits, the Hogans decided that this would be a good investment.

Laundry Room Before and During Door Relocated and wall moved South Wall Before (door was custom height) Floor Drain relocated and plumbing lines added for toilet, shower and lavatory

Walls and Fixtures Installed

To save money… Hogan’s chose to paint all walls and treat floors.  RM&I Services, LLC demonstrated flexibility to meet customers financial needs by providing an alternate bathroom while main bathroom project could be started without inconvenience (and didn’t put on high pressure sales practices to sell two complete bathrooms where customer was OK to participate in some of the “finish work” to save money)
