According to the OECD’s DAC, aid includes projects and programs, cash transfers, deliveries of goods, training courses, research projects, debt relief operations, and contributions to non- governmental organizations - Aid is generally thought of as Official Development Assistance (ODA) 4

II - The OAP Launched in 2011, hosted by the World Bank Group Partners: Bolivia, Canada, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Honduras, Kenya, Malawi, Nepal, the Netherlands, Sierra Leone, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, as well as African Development Bank, Development Gateway, the Foundation Center, InterAction, ONE, Publish What You Fund, UN-Habitat, USAID, and the World Bank Group.
