12 5. Component 4 (sustainability) The view held by the SSTN CI has been presented since 2008, not only in previous reports, but also in the Panama Council meeting and in the IEC meeting in Washington DC last October For 2009, INBio assumed the costs of operation of the SSTN portal and the cost of further developing the two tools. In addition, INBio got a grant from EOL to do a feasibility study in order to implement a regional EOL in Central America. Toolkit was promoted at e- biosphere Conference and hope to present a proposal to JRS to implement it in African countries.
