WestEd.org Curriculum Framework Builds on the California Infant/Toddler Learning and Development Foundations. Provides a structure or framework to support care teachers in creating learning environments and opportunities that invite children to explore, discover, problem solve, and practice.

WestEd.org Organization of the Framework Ch. 1 : Presents general considerations on which the curriculum framework is built. Ch. 2 : Describes the CA Early Learning and Development System. Ch. 3-6 : Focuses on the 4 domains in the foundations. Appendix : Resources for teachers of children with disabilities or other special needs. (See p. 9)
