History Cupping Therapy is a form of alternative medicine which uses cups. The cups can be made out of glass, bamboo and earthenware. This therapy started in the years of 1,550 BC during the Ancient Egyptian, Chinese and Middle Eastern cultures. In the past Cupping cannot heal cancer or such diseases. Chinese and Australian researcher reviewed 135 studies on cupping therapy. They said that it might cure diseases if mix with other therapy like acupuncture. Now it can cure diseases such as Herpes zoster, Acne, Facial paralysis and Cervical Spondylosis.

Ways To do this therapy you can buy a kit in a Chinese apothecary. This kit consist of the cups (different sizes 2 of each) and a pump. The way is to attach the pump to the cup and place the cup on you body. Then pull the lever on the pump and it will start to suck the skin and cause the air to go out of our body. Be careful not to do it for too long because it can also cause blood to go out. See if the skin have turned red then it is done. DON’T let it be over 5 minutes. If you want to get the blood out you should go to a doctor with this specialist.
