Academic Celebrations:  45% of Freshmen and 29% of Sophomores participate in MHP’s Honors Program.  29% of Sophomores and 59% of Juniors participate in Advanced Placement (AP) courses.  Twenty-two sophomores and juniors scored above the 70 th percentile nationally on the PSAT/NMSQT test.  Noah Heekin scored in the 99 th percentile nationally for sophomores on the PSAT/NMSQT test.  Taylor Spillman earned a perfect score on the Spring 2015 AIMS Science assessment.

 The 2016 VEX Robotics Competition hosted by MHP was attended by high school teams from Arizona and California.  Madison Jones finished as the 10 th place medalist at the CAA Girls High School Cross Country Championships.  MHP Varsity Volleyball claimed the 2016 North Central Division Title and advanced to the Sweet 16 of the Division I CAA State Volleyball Championships.  MHP Varsity Soccer advanced to the Quarterfinals of the Division I CAA State Soccer Championships and had two players named to the Division I All-State Soccer team.  MHP JV Boys Basketball is currently the 2 nd ranked team in the state in CAA Division I.
