This presentation deals with ten important Mudras useful for mankind SHREE GURUBHYO NAMAH

Method: Touch the tip of the thumb to the tip of the index finger, with the other three fingers stretched out. Specialty: Mudra of knowledge enhances the knowledge. Time duration: There is no particular time for this mudra. One can practice by sitting, standing or lying on bed whenever and wherever time permits. Benefits: Increases memory power and sharpens the brain Enhances concentration and prevents Insomnia Regular practice help in treating psychological disorders like Hysteria, Anger and Depression

Method: Tip of the ring finger touches the tip of the thumb. Other three fingers stretched out. Specialty: Reduces physical weakness. Time Duration: No particular time duration. One can practice whenever there is physical exhortation Benefits: Helps increase weight for under weights Improves skin complexion and makes it glow.Keeps one active.

: Method: Tip of little finger touches the tip of thumb. Other three fingers stretched out as shown in the figure Time Duration: It has no specific time duration and practice at any convenient time BENEFITS: Corrects water imbalance

Method: Keep the index finger on the base of the thumb and press with thumb keeping the other three fingers straight. Time Duration: The practice of this mudra for 45 minutes reduces the severity of the disease in 12 to 24 hours. For better results practice it for two months. Benefits: Hastens the action of the medicines treating Rheumatism, Arthritis, Gout

Method: Keep the middle finger at the mount of Venus ( Look at the picture) and press it with thumb. This is useful for deaf and mentally challenged. Normal persons may practice to get relieved of dullness and laziness Time Duration: One can practice it for 40 to 60 minutes

Method: Bend the ring finger and press it with thumb. Time Duration: Daily twice for 5 to 15 minutes. Benefits: Helps reduce weight Reduce anxiety Corrects indigestion

Method: Bend ring finger and little finger and touch the tip of thumb with their tips keeping the remaining two fingers stretched. Duration: No specific time duration. One can practice any time. Benefits: Develops immunity Relieves fatigue

Method: The tips of middle finger and ring finger touch the tip of thumb while the other two fingers are stretched out. Specialty: It plays an important role as it regulates the excretory system. Time Duration: Practice daily for 45 minutes, Benefits: Useful for diabetics Relieves constipation

Method: The tips of the middle finger and ring finger touch the tip of thumb, while the index finger touches the base of thumb and little finger stretched out.. Specialty: Prevents heart attacks Time Duration: May be practiced as many times as one can. Heart patients and High blood pressure patients can practice it for 15 minutes twice daily for better results.

Method: Interlock the fingers of both the hands and keep the thumb of the left hand vertically straight and encircle it with the thumb and the index finger of the right hand.. Specialty: Generates heat in the body. Intake of Milk, ghee, more water and fruit juices are recommended for better results Time Duration: Any number of times but not exceeding 15 minutes at a time. Benefits: Helps build confidence.

One can practice these mudras anytime, anyplace – in the bus, train, car, flight, office or at home. To believe it, one must try it. Nothing to lose and much to gain. Please do not hoard this presentation. Forward it to all your friends, colleagues and relatives. Thank you.
