Home in Space

What is Alpha ? Alpha is a space station.

Seeing Alpha When you look at the sky at night you can see a bright new star. It is Alpha. You can find out when to see Alpha at NASA’s web site.

Alpha consists of 1- Scientific laboratories. 2- A living area. a- sleeping compartments b- a toilet. c- a kitchen ( a fridge, an oven )

Alpha consists of 3- Radios 4- Computers

Alpha consists of Science (n) scientific ( adj ) math, physics, chemistry Laboratory (n) : a place where we make experiments. Compartment (n) : a room

lifestyle on Alpha 1- The astronauts sleep in sleeping bags. 2- The astronauts can’t have a shower. 3- The astronauts never brush their teeth with water.

Lifestyle on Alpha 4- The astronauts exercise to keep fit. 5- The astronauts check the scientific experiments. 6- The astronauts do repairs or building work.

Lifestyle on Alpha 7- The astronauts go space walking and do work outside the station. 8- The astronauts do the housework.
