Team Builder Activity 1.Each person individually is going to plan a meal of skills and attributes. You have 90 seconds to write down: a.Entrée –What is the biggest/most valuable thing you bring to the table in the context of this group? i.e.: My organization has many resources to support homeless outreach. b. Side – What is another skill/ability/knowledge base that you bring to the table that could be useful to the group? i.e.: Skilled in helping the unemployed improve their employability. c.Dessert – What is something personal background/experience that you as an individual bring to the table? This should be something beyond your professional role/organization. i.e.: I am a first generation college graduate; this experience informs my understanding and drive toward education attainment in the working class. 2. Break into groups of 3 (or up to 5) a.Share your meal with your team. (3 minutes) b.As a group select one entrée, one side, and one dessert to construct a shared meal.
